Since this piece of garbage "Cafe Surrey" isn't listed on the IMDB I will sling some mud at it here.
I was actually shocked to see how terrible it was. It is quite possibly one of the worst short films I have ever seen. From the uneven casting to the lousy lighting and bad direction... they don't get much worse than this.
The screenplay is a jumbled mess of lame characters and hollow dialogue. The main character has no charisma or charm whatsoever and the actress who is supposed to play his teenage love interest is clearly too old for the part.
If a movie is a child the filmmakers nurture and bring into this world, then this so called film is the retarded kid in a hockey helmet who rides at the back of the bus with his pants full of shit.
I give it a 0 out of 10.
