Comments:	I have packed my extremely light Trek 7000 bicycle on my shoulder up the Grouse Grind and then rode my Trek 7000 bicycle down the Grouse Mountain access road to where there is a gate at the top of Mountain Highway.I've done this 3 times. Many years ago I created a Grouse Grind logo for Grouse Mountain. It was agreed that I would receive a 5 % royalty for each item sold in the gift shop at bottom and top of Grouse Mountain. Then it changed. Grouse Mountain said they would pay me a “ flat fee “ for the Grouse Grind artwork design. I never did get paid for my Grouse Grind logo design. Also Grouse Mountain did not return a large piece of Grouse Grind logo artwork back to me. Stuart McLauglin ( the president - owner of Grouse Mountain ) is a dishonest, false, double-dealing, hypocritical, two-faced, cheating, crooked, deceptive, fraudulent, shady, shifty, unconscionable, unethical, unprincipled, unscrupulous, deceitfull, deceiving, deluding, delusive, cunning, devious, sneaking, insidious, treacherous person. Have you hiked the Grind	Years ago I hiked the Grouse Grind many many many times. Unfortunately I am so out of shape ( 40 pounds overweight ) that if I tried to hike the Grouse Grind now it would probably take me at least 3 hours. I used to be able to hike the Grouse Grind in about 45 minutes.

Comments: This was the first climb of the Grind for me, I am 60 years old, and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Have you hiked the Grind yes

If so my time was 1 hour 45 minutes, which I know isn't that good, seeing as though I was constantly being passed by others, but for my first time, I was pleased.
