Was good to see the old high school again. I lived in Vanceboro until 1960 and have been back a few times to visit. I still have a brother and a sister living in the area.

My great-grandfather and many of his siblings was born in Vanceboro in the late 1800's. His parents were Frederick and Caroline Perkins. If anyone has any info about them I would love to hear from you.

Change to my email from last posting.
Keep up the good work.
George Davis had taxidermy shop in an old tannery and/or shoe factory in 1920s and 1930s. He was from Fredericton, NB and his son Bob Davis ran the shop for him later on. Any photos of the tannery available? or other info.
Also the 1930 School Basketball team photo - is there a list of names of who is in the picture. I believe that the person on the far right in the photo may be Bob Davis. Sure looks like him. Again any info would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Steve

Good job, my friends. It would be a shame to let a business so many families depended upon for so many years just disappear. The hard work and dedication of the folks who worked these rails made this country a better place in which to live. My hat is off to you!!!
