They are a common folk ware, and now have taken on some very excellent and beautiful work via a few very good artists there. Nearly all of the coins will be minted in Indonesia and often have poor Chinese writing and on the flip side some of them will have two lines of Manchurian, one on each side of the hole. Do not expect to find any coins on these statues that are earlier than the Ming Dynasty, and most will be from the Ch'ing. Also, on your unidentified page, it appears you may have two of these Indonesian cash coins... I hope this helps. Sincerely, Greg.
