So much time at Iroquois! Bus chant: anyone remember, East is a Beast, West is the Best, North always comes in Forth, South has a Big Mouth. How the heck did I remember that. Can still hear the clinks of the buddy tags on the swimming board. Remembering swimming tests, looking for gold rocks, teepees, rowing to turtle pond, jumping off the raft, my accident on the field when three of us sat on the back of a non-attached trailer and came down on my ankle. Went to hospital, had cast, still see the damage, still can't play basketball or extend without noticing, Nick Gardener playing "Backing up the Pitcher" position, remembering boondoggle, bug juice and snipe hunts on overnights, smell of hot pine trees on walks, fossil hunts, Vina, all the horse names, maybe, like Goldie, Champion King, ...the art bldg with Marty Feldman leader, smoking , then my band leader at Chas. Andrews, thinking we were so far from home and realizing in high school how close it was, council ring.

Both City/State/Country: Wilmington, NC Comments: I was thinking about camp tousey a few months ago, talking with my brother. I remember Geoff and his Saturday Night skits. That ranks right up there with some of the best times of my life. I cant really remember names all that well, but I do remember Geoff, Ted, Mark and Stephen Pontello, Lauren Stein and Michael Davoli. I wish I could remember Jody's last name. She was the swim teacher. She lived in Pompey NY I believe.
