Comments: The Rolling Stones to me are more than just a rock band. Growing up in the 1960's then my teens in the 1970's The Rolling Stones where the definition of cool. They made you feel as though you where tough and the leader of a gang or something. It is hard to explain, the music defined the black side of blues rock. It was and still is the coolest rock on earth. I am only talking about the albums made before Some Girls after Some Girls and after music video ruined rock and roll they lost there spark. If I where to go to a stones concert I would be happy to here the old stuff, I am only saying this because there concerts still make money. The Stones in my opinion are tied with the Beatles as the greatest Rock and Roll Band of all time. I can sing by heart allot of Rolling Stones songs. We could be talking and I could sing about 50 Rolling Stones songs. I can not remember that many songs from any one except the Beatles. I like to sing like Mick to make my voice do that young dude singing the blues tone. To this day if I put on Let it Bleed or Beggars Banquet or it's only Rock and Roll, I feel tough and cool to the bone and I always will. Check out my Favorite Bands Page here: http://members.tripod.com/hey_dtx/id12.html then go to my home page Radman_Art and see the music come to life in my art.
