Anyway he ended up sitting close to us with his " bodyguard" ( a guy i could have dropped while i was half asleep) and was being a total arrogant prick. If there wasnt two cops sitting at the table over i would have kicked his ass....then someone told me he USED to be in van halen and van halen got way more popular when they booted him from the band....he didnt even have a limo that day at the coffee shop he took off in a fuckin taxi of all things....david lee roth is a wash up and a loser who thinks he can still get chicks....he needs to lay off the cocaine and get a job at mcdonalds or something.

It was my first show. Dave was the prince. His presence was larger than the venue.The band that was formed after he left wasn't Van Halen. Sammy did some good stuff with Eddy, Alex an d Michael. Make no mistakes, it was a different band.Whether Eddy wants to admit it or not there was only one chemistry that made up Van Halen and David Lee Roth was the lead ingredient.
