Friday 03/06/2009 3:31:50am Name: j. livengood E-Mail: Homepage Title: Homepage URL: Referred By: Search Engine Location: san antonio tx Comments: while over seas (germany)my former spouse started an affair while i was deployed for enduring freedom. shortly after returning she said that she was stayin in germany (3 weeks befor i was to ship out) we were married for 15 years. i came to texas and she remained in germany. she changed my order so that they read not accompanied. nothing happened. she was remarried 1/2 a year before we were devorced (Bigamy, a 3rd degree felony). nothing happened. she received and still is receiving ACTIVE DUTY MILIYARY SPOUSE BENIFITS..medical...etc. from this false marrige. nothing happened. she gets over 1/2 of MY retirement while i hear stories from the barracks dwellers of "you can't go wrong with the fat chick" (use your imagination, i'm sure you can guess the meaning is of that statement). the decree also states that my disability CAN NOT deminish her portion..ie. i can not claim service connected disabilities which exist. dfas has denied her claims repeatedly and yet i still am required by state law to pay. REPEAL THIS TRAVESTY NOW! a felon (bigamy, theft of service-false/fraudelent marriage)who is remarried should NOT receive any copensation either from my retired pay or the military. benifits which belong to authorized,deserving people both active,retired and/or dependant. this is an insult and a travesty! REPEAL IT NOW!!!

Thursday 04/19/2007 7:17:32am Name: E-Mail: Homepage Title: Homepage URL: Referred By: Search Engine Location: Comments: what everyone tends to forget is..there is no account set up sduring the marriage, where household money is being put away in some secret fund.then if a divorce happened it would be both partners to share...there is no secret account...miltary retirement pay is not retiremnt fund..it is reduced pay for reduced service, it is on going...and still going after divorce, therefore how can it be community property??????
