Sent to JOTC (Jungle Op Tr Cent) Panama, then w/199th Light Inf in Viet Nam until fall of '69.

Comments: Been trying to fix up a female friend with a retired drill sgt. She wanted to know what a drill sgt was, so I googled your site. I was really surprised to see my basic training platoon marching behind you in the photo "marching the troops back to Company C." I was in E-10-5, 4th Platoon at Fort Knox Oct-Nov 1970. I recognize all the faces and me in the back right corner. You never forget! Thank you for your honorable service in protecting our Country's freedoms.
