I have watched to see how their stock is doing - and as expected it has dropped pitifully. Dendrite has had alot of really great people working for them. Because of the lack of management in this company they have lost them all. Its a shame - When I first started at Dendrite I put everything I had into that crap company (60-70 hours a week)just as everyone else did that used to work there. There is no appreciation only recrimination and back stabbing by others that can't make it any other way but by kissing ass. To all that are still working there - be careful, watch your back, big brother is watching...to all that have gotten out, good for you, now you can have a life. To John Bailye - you should be ashamed of your-self. To place some of your executives in your company when they shouldn't be managing a pen of pigs. They treat your employees like crap. That's the reason your turnover is so high. You are not even aware of what's happening in your own company or to your own people - they have become so disillusioned by Dendrite that going to any other company is well worth it! You should have listened to Randy Brett or Kenneth Shemitz, Butch, Keith Stivers, to name a few, or any other executive that doesn't work for you any longer - they tried to tell you what was happening until you pushed them out!
