My biggest 'irk' is a guy who pretends to be financially secure and doing fine on his own, but then they get you and you discover that they are in debt 'up to their ears', horrible credit, as I keep mine spotless---and then they wont hold a job, and you basically end up taking care of them. UGGHH!
