Totally pissed that stray animals have more rights than kids in texas. I have 2 kids, been feeding 4 since oct. I want to change the law. CPS and cops WORSE than no help at all. Way passed pissed that texas has been taking federal money to feed low income kids and knocking them off the (breakfast and lunch) program since late sept. That's a lot of money. Where's it going??? I admit it wasn't a good idea to get drunk and give out the governor's phone # or write a letter to him addressed 2 "Prick Perry". Whatever. It made me feel better. How do I change the law?
