Comments: Gangrel isn't just the name of a clan of Vampires in the card game. Nor would the word morbic fit. Gangrel is the name of a clan of beastial, feral vampires who stalk the wild as well as the cities in White Wolf Publishing's game line Vampire the Masquerade which came out almost a full decade before the card game. They continued using the name Gangrel when they did a new version of the game, Vampire the Requiem, earlier this decade.

Also, Edge and Christian are both also characters from White Wolf's games. Edge appears as a black man in White Wolf's Chicago Chronicles story setting published in the early 90s. Christian is a character in the second edition core rule book for the game Vampire the Masquerade. As far as I can tell, Edge is a fan of the game... why else would he have a combination of logos from both the original and new game tattooed on his left forearm?
