I am trying to contact religious organizations who work with their community and constituents in relation to housing. If you have parishioners,over 55, senior citizens  in need of housing and wanting to own their own homemwe may be able to help each other. Currently I own 3 mobile homes in Deerfield Beach, FL and I can no longer keep up the long distance rental of them. I am looking to sell them to someone who wants their own place, has the ability to care for it and themselves each unit has 2 bedrooms 1 unit has 1.5 baths 2 units are furnished If the church is looking for residences I would be looking for $3000.00 down for each unit and $250.00 per month for 22 months. Client would pay park rental and we would work out title transfer. Possibly church would buy units outright and you would work out terms with your clients. Also, there could be a minimal down and the rest worked out over a slightly longer period of payments.
