My daughter, Gretchen, 44, has has MS for 27 years. She recently came to visit for a couple of months, and her husband called to tell her the move is permanent. She fortunately is still on her feet--walking with a cane most of the time.We're just getting started on the road to finding new drs. Have an appt. with a neurologist next week. Gretchen is on Rebif. She has only been on medication for about 2 years beginning with Avonex. Enjoyed your site. Stay active. Gretchen's dad had MS also. He was 48 when diagnosed and always joked that he caught it from her. He died at age 62, from the after effects of a severe heart attack.
