Mac,
I have just finished transcribing the SC Greensboro paroles microfilm. I can send you the extracts covering the 2nd SCVI,3rd SCVI& 7th SCVI. Note that the parole lists show these regiments as they were after consolidation though my DBASE form also lists the old company & regiment where knowm. How would you like this stuff, printed out or on CD. I can organize as MS WORD, 97,2000 or 2003. Also in DBASEIII, MS ACCESS.
I have also discovered that I have a Zerox copy od A.S. Salley's Volume II covering the 2nd & 3rd & 4th Infantry regiments. This is a very rare volume that I Zeroxed from a copy in the Georgetown County Library 25 years ago. I will loan it to you if it will help.
I must now try to sort out the paroles given to detailed men in hospitals & headquarters. Some additional Kershaw Bgd. people might turn up there
Best Regards Randolph K.

Hi, like my friend Mike Wadsworth at First Corps Books, I haven't a Web site, but I do offer fine and rare Civil War books, including Confederate imprints. Should anyone like a sample catalog, please e-mail. All the best, and I hope this posting is not out of line, Bill Grady, Hughes Books, New Orleans
