Comments: Just recently, while working on my Morgan ancestral line, I discovered Ann Nancy Morgan. Today it was great fun to read about this remarkable woman's exploits during the Revolutionary War. Tonight, wanting to read more, I typed in our common ancestor's name and ended up here after surfing around and seeing the tribute to Barb. What a shame to lose Barb. Blessings & prayers to her family and to all who mourn her passing.

As an aside, our Morgan line is mostly likely related to the famous frontiersman Daniel Boone. It is my contention that the mother of Daniel Boone [Sarah Morgan, Mrs. Squire Boone] was a first cousin to Thomas Morgan, the father of Nancy Morgan Hart.

Rob Esse, 2nd cousin 8 times removed of Nancy Morgan.
