I am pleased to have made the following QSO.
WB9NMN QSO WITH RX3DCX 23 VI 1998 0405 UTC 14 MHz 599 CW
I would appreciate your QSL to confirm oblast MO, Moscow region, on 14 MHz for my P-100-O award and the RX3 prefix for my WPX award. I have 9 Russian oblasts confirmed on 7 MHz, 46 on 14 MHz, 19 on 21 MHz, and 2 on 28 MHz. I have 1550 prefixes confirmed on CW.
My age is 44 and I'm a test engineer working on amplifier products. I've been a ham for 28 years.
I sent a QSL via the bureau in 1998, but haven't received a reply.
Did you receive my QSL? Would you please send me yours via the bureau or should I send a direct request with a self-addressed envelope and 1 or 2 IRCs to the following address?
Dmitry Guskov 50 L. Vlksm 2-151 Korolev 141070 Russia
