Comments: need info. concerning ggrandfather, JOHN RUFUS JEFFERSON( m.1875 Lydia Etta ALLMAN); JOHN RUFUS served as a Bugler with the First Ala Cav. ,USA. HIS FATHER, CAMPBELL JEFFERSON married, "i think", Margaret Elizabeth Parks in 1843 in St.Clair Co. as a side note, CAMPBELL in 1845 manufactured the brick that was used in the early stages of the courthouse in ASHVILLE. Littleton Yarbrough paid CAMPBELL for the brick, as noted in the local county archives in Ashville.
