Comments: After examining websites about crop circles, I began to wonder whether the original purpose of Stonehenge was an attempt by ancient man to make a crop circle they discovered, more permanent. Could it be that it was actually built upon a crop circle? Which might explain why it subsequently became a ceremonial site.
