Comments: I am trying to get in contact with anyone who served with my late Father, Flt Lt Robert 'Tommy' Thomas from Swansea.

He was a Halifax skipper with 76 Sqn at RAF Linton-0n-Ouse and 462 Sqn in the Middle East, mainly flying Halifax II W1169 'S' and BB331 'S'. He later went on to fly various types of aircraft with 516 Sqn at RAF Dundonald on Army co-operation flights.

If anybody knew him, or new of him, I would be delighted to hear from you.

We shall remember them.

he also did 4 ops in f for freddie lw 172 and links with joe croft john ellis wally green genge haggard les hammond dennis hartley harry king chris walsh rob whitson and jim stride (all engineers)also have a letter sent by stan parker benfleet essex if anyone has any info of any of this it would be much appreciated we will remember them all

Comments: My late father F/S (at that time) Davy served with 466 between 26/08/44 & 19/03/45 flying as air bomber mostly with F/O Williams as pilot.

Now that he is gone, it is good to see sites like this keeping the memories alive
