"Somebody tell the cops I am only arrested when I feel like getting arrested. Sheeet." - Randy Moss, later on in conversation with Ricardo Dayton
"What Terrell Owens did in the game against the Knights last week was shameful. Therefore, I feel that the FFL should suspend him for the Week 7 game." --- Coach Jeff Zieger, Miami Miracles
"This team is marching straight towards our goal of the first overall pick of the 2003 draft."-- Atlanta Coach Fred deBoer.
"Where Jeff Zieger's team is ranked in the Power Rankings is shameful. Therefore, I feel that the FFL should suspend him for the Week 7 game." --- Terrell Owens, New York Z-Force.
"This season has been full of surprises and upsets. I think that nearly every coach has a chance to lead his team to the playoffs. Except Jeff Zieger." --- FFL analyst Manford Fowler
Hey, get a load of that fathead right below this.
"A recent Middletown home game was disturbed when two young men ran onto the field, tossing a football to each other. The joking quickly ended when Middletown safety Darren Woodson laid a helmet-to-head hit on each of the people, leaving them lying on the field as the game continued. To the horror of toked-up Wesleyan students, league commish Jason Zieger responded by giving Woodson a $75,000 bonus for the hit, making up for the fine placed when he left DJackson in a coma. Said Zieger on the bonus: 'AM doesn't like the Shadow Ball'." - FFL sideline reporter Ricardo Dayton (as editing by his english teacher)
"Revenge, Nick. It's about the revenge." - Coach Jason Zieger on the Friday before his team LOST embarrassingly 62-20 to the Montana Blazers. The Z-force were attempting to avenge last year's playoff lose.
"Damn! Best record in the league by 2 games, and all anyone cares about is that stupid GAME!" -Challengers quarterback Rich Gannon
Miracles tight end Chad Lewis suffered a lacerated butt last week when a Syndromess player stepped on him, and he had to leave the game to get stitches. Predictably, this humiliation did not go unnoticed in the Miami locker room. Lewis is using an inflated cushion when he sits down, which teammate KStewart has dubbed "the booty tube." Even funnier, Miracles head coach Jeff Zieger does not allow his players to talk about their injuries with the media. Thus, when reporters asked Lewis about his progress this week, he issued this unforgettable line: "If you want to know anything about my butt, you're going to have to ask Jeff." If I were one of those media smart alecks, I'd wonder what would have happened if Lewis had broken Zieger's rule? The coach might have threatened to cut his ass.
