To Take over a Building Get A Fixer(s) or Worker(s) and then when you have selected them, go on a building that you want to take over. Click when you see your cursor with 4 green arrows. (Can't take over Inventory Place, HQ) Have Fun, You Gangster.

Those tips are llaaaaammmee how about a realt ip like attack someone then click off thRepeat.em and they go about their business without attacking you.
HAHAH! I like to get mobs of 4 gangsters with 3 shottys and 1 tommy gun together, and call em my "posse"... then i go around town blasting cops and anyhting in my way!
Also, a good rush tactic is to get 4 workers together, and go take over buildings with all 4... you can take over a soup kitchen in less than 10 seconds... :)
