If the unemployment rate is down, then why is it while I'm at work it seems that there are a helluva lot of people just cruising around not doing a damn thing?
With all these prisoners escaping from these "so called" maximum security prisons, you'd think someone would come up with a better prison. Then instead of calling these old one's maximum security, you could call them used to be maximum security prisons. However, if all of the convicts awaiting their death sentence date were all executed within a couple of days of the guilty verdict, then maybe they also wouldn't be such a drain on society.
