Where is the Umpqua river?<P>The Umpqua river is formed by its North and South branches.The North flows to the West from the Cascade Mtns.The South flows North through the Valley of the Umpquas. They join North of Roseburg. The Umpqua flows to the Pacific Ocean at Reedsport.
